Orders will be kept current on our system for a maximum of 2 weeks - if payment has not been received within this time frame, orders are cancelled and stock is returned to the website for sale.
Shipping
Flat rate of $5.50 Australia Wide
Free shipping with registered post is available on all orders over $40.00. This does not include storage items or albums.
If you have a small order less than 500 grams it may be possible to ship in an A4 envelope or pizza-style box, in which case your postage will be different. If this is the case please place your order, but instead of paying through Paypal, please select direct deposit or cheque and we will email you confirming your new postage rate.
We are very happy to discuss your postage for small orders - if you want a postage quote before placing an order please contact us at enquiries@mayamemories.com.au
Express mail is also available - the standard 3kg express satchel will not fit any 12 x 12 papers so it can only be used if you do NOT have any 12 x 12 products to be shipped.
All items are packed carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. All small parcels are sent using an Australia Post tough bag or padded bag. Larger parcels are sent in packing boxes and are well padded.
Order processing time is usually 24 hours from receipt of payment. Daily shipping except Sundays
Returns
Our customers and the service you receive at Maya Memories are of high importance. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us so that we can discuss alternative arrangements. All items are brand new and packed carefully, if for some reason there is damage during transportation please also contact us to arrange a return, replacement product or a store credit.
